Department was established in 1967.

1977, collective dinning part was splited into dining management room. In 1988, dining management room merged with the life management department and called administrative Management department. F-rom 1997 to now, Department called life management department. Department have four groups to undertake professional tasks: Electric - Water, Restaurant, flower garden - decorative plants and manages public works, environmental sanitation.  Department has 27 staffs, including a main expert and a expert. functions and duties: Implement plans to build and repair material facilities of school.. managing, repairing electrical – water system and serving electricity, water for staffs, students; organize to care flower garden, decorative plants, manage house and public works; Organize environment sanitation for lecture hall and collective civil servants. In the different stages, Department always done well the tasks assigned by the school.

           Over 40 years, Department has had important contributions during the construction and development of school, especially, the work of building new material facilities: building the lecture halls, building expanded administrative area, building dormitory with self – contained toilet, expanded the lecture halls, set up a system process and provide clean water, building technical Infrastructure and People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province supply thousand square meters of lands to expand school. Department always fulfill well all tasks and for many years been recognized as a labor collective good, many times, work group are awarded excellence labor, many staffs are recognized soldiers emulation of basis level.
