Department was established in 1967.

Functions:

Advise, manage and implement administrative work; synthesize, emulate, commend and serve general activities in the school.

Tasks:

Construct Work Plan, Work Calendar; Draft and manage administrative documents, move and store documents, correspondence; Organize reception, welcome and solve administrative work; Driving, serving cars for officers and students; work synthesis, emulation, rewards, often serving on active duty as well as the school's extraordinary.

Currently, Department has 17 officers, including a main Expert, 03 Experts, two postgraduate students. Department has four professional groups: Administration - Clerical, General - Emulation, Receptionist - Journal and driving.

Party cell has eight party members, led unit performed well all tasks and participate actively in movement of Party, Labor UNI0N, UNI0N School and has gained considerable achievements.

During the period, Department always complete excellently tasks, gain title of emulation and commendation: "Socialist Labor Group" (1976 - 1977), nine years reach "good labor collective "and " advanced Collective Labor”. Five officers were awarded medals "For education career”, two officers were awarded medals" For career protection and care of children”, five officers were awarded the certificate of the Minister and the certificates of Rector, 12 officers were weekly awarded "emulative soldier of basic level”.

In the coming time, Department will improve its professional to meet well requirements of the development in the school.
