On October 12, 2019, the delegation of Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 had a working and visit with Kunming Culture  university - Yunnan Foreign Languages university, China.

Leading the delegation was Dr. Bui Kien Cuong, Vice Rector of the Hanoi Pedagogical university and leaders of departments, faculties and in particular, with the participation of 03 former Secretaries, former rectors  of the University through the periods. Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Kim Hai, rector of Kunming cultural university, Mr. Tran Chinh, rector of Yunnan Foreign Language university, and management leaders, representatives of units of the two universities.

During the meeting, the three universities exchanged, discussed and signed an educational memorandum of understanding. In particular, the three sides agreed to work towards international cooperation in the field of education, expand the scale of student exchange and enhance cooperation in teaching, and at the same time implement the training of international talents. The three sides will promote their strengths in terms of their inherent resources in cooperating with international projects to establish a center whose is the main purpose of promoting Chinese education and combining curriculum systems domestic and international.

The signing ceremony of this cooperation is a good premise to open opportunities for cooperation in training high-quality human resources internationally. The leaders of these  sides all expressed the desire that the cooperation will be quickly put into practice and promote effectively.
